The Challenge
IVS presented a unique challenge: while quite well-known in the overseas market due to their long-standing relationships, this relatively new company had little footprint or awareness in the United States. The goal for OCG was to introduce IVS to North America, quickly, and with limited resources or industry connections.
What We Did
The first thing we did was overhaul the IVS website. We turned their existing website (essentially just an online catalog) into a robust, user-friendly E-commerce site. We then created and implemented a marketing plan that included media relations, print and digital advertising, and development of trade show strategies and exhibits.
What We Achieved
We launched the campaign in stages, keeping to budget requirements. The E-commerce website is now generating sales and leads far exceeding the previous levels, while continually adding prospects to their customer sales funnel. The advertising campaign continues to create and cement awareness of the IVS brand.
